Welcome to Utah Valley Hypnobabies!

At Utah Valley Hypnobabies, we are dedicated to providing families with the tools to create a peaceful and comfortable birthing. We believe in the power of the body and mind to work together to create health and comfort for expectant moms. Utah Valley Hypnobabies is owned and operated by Aubrey Slabbert. Aubrey found Hypnobabies when she was pregnant with her first child and has now used the Hypnobabies method to birth two babies. When not teaching Hypnobabies, Aubrey is also a school teacher and birth doula.  
 
Hypnobabies is natural childbirth at its best. Hypnobabies is a complete childbirth education course that also teaches Gerald Kein's famous techniques to Hypnobabies mothers so that they can enter hypnosis, deepen it themselves and remain mobile during labor, relaxed and comfortable. Most of our Hypno-babies have no drugs in their systems when they are born, and are able to nurse, breathe well and interact with their happy parents immediately. We currently offer both group and private classes. Classes run for six weeks.
We have two locations in Utah and Salt Lake Counties. You also may opt to host a class in your own home or location. We provide services for families in Utah and Salt Lake Counties.
